You need to register your place of residence at the Urząd Miasta (city administration) or Urząd Gminy (commune administration) in the area where you live.

In the local government, it is necessary to fill out an application form for registration. The form can be obtained on the spot or downloaded from the official website of the relevant authority.

In some Polish cities, it is possible to register online through the ePUAP platform or another electronic system if you have a Profil Zaufany.
